Individual Therapy - Adults
Most of my experience with Individual Therapy has been with clients presenting with depressive symptoms, grief, trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, social location, or situational distress.
When working with Individual adults, I implement Systemic approach, in that I would work with you in understanding and processing about your social location, past experiences that could be impacting your currently daily function. By doing this, I would facilitate a process toward freedom for you to be what you consider to be the best of version of yourself, for your own well-bing and for the care of your relationships.
Depending on your needs, we may utilize elements of mindfulness, and work on family of origin issues, while addressing what you dream for your future. I incorporate elements of some treatment models as I see fit for the work we will do together, such as attachment-base models, narrative family therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
